We have been specifically involved in the formation of market brochures, pro-forma analysis, and capitalization rate analysis for clients ranging from 1/2 million to 45 million in sales price. Seller client profiles include Banks, Fortune 500's, Savings and Loans, Office Developers, FDIC, Marina Owners, and Apartment Owners. Buyer clients range from Institutional Investors, National NYSE Brokerage firms, Pension plans as well as local and regional Syndicated Property Investors.
 
Our approach is the one-on-one presentation and analysis as opposed to the blanket distribution method used by many brokerage firms. We believe the matching of the parameters of acquisition and disposition with the buyer and seller is the key ingredient to a sale.
