Consultants was formed in 1982 after a small group of specialized
commercial Real Estate Brokers with varied backgrounds identified
a new corporate and client need in what has proven to be a fast
changing but stabilizing Real Estate market in Houston, Texas.
The identification process took into account the consultative
approach of marketing whereby business professionals together
identify with the bottom line as opposed to the widely used sales
and quota systems marketing approach that identified with
moving inventory of available office space and Real Estate.
This consultative approach allows ZANN COMMERCIAL BROKERAGE,
Inc. to position itself as a Real Estate department within their
clients company, formed to analyze and perform the desired
tasks. A team effort to call upon the

approach allowing problem identification and problem solving
to be performed by marketing, legal, financial, and computer
based research analysts as opposed to the single person assignment
approach used in the past.
Our brokers and analysts and consultants have a record of experience
ranging in formal education from Bachelor of Business Admistration
to MBAs to a Degree in law. Their affiliations and licenses
include CPM, CPA, NASD-SEC, Texas and Massachusetts Real Estate
Commission, Houston Board of Realtors, HOLBA, Institue of Real Estate
Management and National Association of Realtors. Their business
experience range from Fortune 500 Company staff and line
management experience to consummation of millions of dollars
worth of Real Estate Brokerage transactions.
